WB Space curates the restored property — sourcing the right tenants, structuring subleases, and tailoring fit-outs for BPOs, logistics firms, clinics, showrooms and more.
PER2FT handles everything from building repairs and interior fit-outs to full property management — rent collection, documentation, and specialised care for NRI-owned properties.

What began as Workbazzar — a partnership firm founded in 2023 — is now WB Space Solutions Pvt Ltd — a private limited company with a clear trajectory. We've gone from lakhs to crores in turnover in under three years, and we're only getting started.
Our roadmap is focused on two things: deepening the Chennai portfolio while opening the Tier-2 playbook. Every city has buildings waiting to be brought back to life.
